The peaceful garden area provides a perfect setting to enjoy the evenings with outdoor seating area, with a cob oven to be installed later this summer.
Cwm Clyd Bunkhouse, managed by the Elan Valley Trust, is ideally situated for a wide variety of outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and fishing, and perfect for stargazing in the Elan Valley Dark Sky Park. We offer a relaxing atmosphere set in spectacular scenery with something for everyone.
The large main living area offers a combined kitchen with Rangemaster cooker and dining area with wood burning stove, the shower block also forms part of this building with 2 shower cubicles, 3 toilets and 2 basins. Please note there are no separate male/female facilities.
The Bunkhouse can accommodate 19 people over six rooms and can be booked as two separate parties – six in the Cart House, and 12 in the Longhouse, with the additional one being in the wheelchair access room off the dining area, this can be added to each booking
The Longhouse is split into three rooms, that can be left open for one large group or locked individually.
It is ideal for groups of friends or for a couple of families getting together.
