Walk a steady but gently-inclined forestry track that leads to elevate views of Caban Coch Reservoir. A further short climb leads above the woodland onto a gentle grass path with stunning views over the Claerwen Valley, with a route that falls gently down to the Welsh longhouse and back to the start.
