Nestled alongside Pen y Garreg Dam, it is 7.5 miles from the nearest town, Rhayader in Mid Wales and is the only B&B in the Elan Valley. Relax in our fabulous conservatory or outside on our large terrace, immerse yourself in this beautiful landscape, soaked in history and with nature and wildlife on the doorstep. Penbont House has been lovingly refurbished and extended to provide a large tearooms with conservatory, meeting room and 5 en-suite rooms. Dogs are welcome in the tearooms and our easy access ground floor bedroom. This tranquil spot is spectacular by sun, shower or downpour and provides the perfect respite from which you can explore the Elan Valley, and wider Cambrian Mountains.
